When you fill out the contact form on our site, we collect the following personal data: type of inquiry, name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), website (optional), operating region (optional), how you met us (optional), and the content of the message. These data are processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Data collected through the contact form are processed in order to manage communications with users who request them. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller in responding to contact requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
For the forwarding of transactional emails generated by the contact form, we use the Mailtrap service, provided by Railsware Products Studio LLC (Ireland). Mailtrap acts as a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. The data transmitted is limited to that necessary to deliver the message and is not retained by the provider beyond the time required for processing.
Personal data submitted via the contact form are kept for as long as is strictly necessary to handle the communication and for up to 12 months thereafter, unless otherwise required by law.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or deletion, object to its processing, request restriction of its processing, and request data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at: support@mondoplay.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali - www.garanteprivacy.it).
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure, in line with ISO/IEC 27001 principles.
